Facilitator Training Program
Aligning with your soul's purpose, living from your heart and fully giving your gifts is the way to feel truly fulfilled while living on this planet. You've come to Reality Crafting as the natural next step in your journey of personal and professional development. If you feel called, facilitating the Divine Human Upgrade Program is a practical way of serving the Divine Plan by helping others to discover and live their soul's purpose and express their own Divine nature. Reality Crafting's guiding principles are:

Vision
Divine Humans in Sacred Union, co-creating Paradise on Earth. As steward of this great gift of grace from Spirit, it is my job to see this work gets out into the mainstream as soon as possible. The vision Spirit has shown me is that people will resonate with the work and feel called to carry it forward. In many instances, people who suffer from particular conditions find that they heal themselves through the Divine Human Upgrade Program. Some of these individuals will create a niche market and feel called to facilitate the program with others who suffer from the same condition that they once had.
I am also shown that there are many people who are “waking up” to their own spiritual nature and will be reevaluating their life and desiring to come into alignment with their soul’s purpose. Being a Divine Human Upgrade Facilitator will appeal to many who are at a point of making a major career transition and stepping into their spiritual path.
Currently under development are plans to create a business model for DHU Facilitators that is easy to replicate. This will include exposure on my website, marketing materials, access to customized help to develop your own market niche and on-going membership and support in a Facilitator Community.

Program Overview
Level 1
- Participate in the Divine Human Upgrade Program for your own transformation (8 weeks)
- Complete an application for Facilitator Training, if accepted
- Take Facilitator Teleclass (14 weeks)
- Attend 2-Day Facilitator Workshop/Graduation
- Completing steps 1-4 does not automatically guarantee certification. The Council of Creation is consulted to determine candidates’ level of readiness
- Participate as assistant facilitator in one DHU teleclass series, coaching an assigned caseload of participants via the internet
- Receive certification and license to Facilitate Divine Human Upgrade classes, using the DHU CD Kit to deliver the upgrade and energy transmission.
Level 2 (optional)
- Apply for Individual Delivery and Transmission Status
- Council of Creation says you’ve integrated your DHU and are ready to deliver upgrades and transmission yourself, without the CD, one person at a time, using an approved DHU script
- Receive certification for private sessions
Level 3 (optional)
- Apply for Group Delivery and Transmission Status
- After Level 2 certification, and as the Law of Attraction allows, begin holding space for couples, then small groups. Your ability to hold the energetic space for more people grows and you will know when you are ready for more, because more will show up.
- Receive certification to deliver upgrade and transmission in a group.
Level 4 Facilitator Manager
- Recruit, train, manage and coach a group of facilitators
Getting Started
The first requirement for those who wish to be facilitators is to experience the program in its entirety. This would include taking the Divine Human Upgrades in a group format, either with me in person or on the telephone and working with the support materials, as prescribed.
Journaling
Journaling through writing or audio recording is critical for two reasons. One, so you focus your awareness on the changes as you move through them. You will need this insight to share when coaching your clients. Two, to keep me updated with a weekly summary, so I can give you feedback and coaching. Weekly summaries must be written and submitted via email. A workbook is provided as a recording tool.
Facilitator Teleclasses
After completing the Divine Human Upgrade Series, which is your own experience of your transformation, it’s time to understand the upgrades from the facilitator’s point of view. A 14-session teleclass is provided for this purpose.
Facilitator Initiation Retreat
After completing the teleclass, facilitator candidates come together for a 2-day workshop and graduation. Group facilitation and coaching skills will be focused on. Candidates will be evaluated for their level of integration of their own Upgrades. Supportive space provided to fine-tune and further integrate personal upgrades in preparation for facilitating others.
Coaching Practicum
Participate in a teleclass as a facilitator assistant. You will be assigned a group of DHU participants via internet tools.
Certification
Those who go through facilitator’s training will not automatically be guaranteed initiation and certification. This will depend on your grasp of the fundamental principles, level of clarity, integrity, organizational skills, coaching skills and your Divine Plan. The Council of Creation will be included in determining the certification testing methods and results.
Please note that your Higher Self may ask you to participate in this intensive training for your accelerated growth and development, only to reveal on or before certification testing, that this served as a training ground for a different mission.
On-Going Support
There will be on-going support for facilitators to ensure they stay at the leading edge of ascension energy, information and tools. There will be a $122/month membership fee that will begin after certification. The fee will cover the cost of the on-going support including:
- Membership in the Reality Crafting Team (1 teleclass per week, plus all special telecasses)
- 1-2 Facilitator Teleclasses per month
- Inclusion in the Facilitator Directory on the Reality Crafting website. This will be a source of referrals. Certified facilitators will be searchable by location and specialty.
- Facilitator On-line Forum to communicate and support each other
- 18% commission on your affiliate sales of Reality Crafting services and products (DHU Kit)
